treating my under eye hollows

Postby LadyD » Fri Nov 21, 2008 3:33 am

Hi Doctor,
I am interested in coming to see you...I have slight depressions under my eyes that I want filled in...I don't need too much, just enough that I don't look perpetually tired....I was wondering, do you charge by procedure of by the syringe...how long does restylene or juvederm last under the eyes? and if I have any extra juvederm left can I apply it to other areas of my face?

Merci,
Lady D

hi lady d,
juvederm works very well for under eye hollows, but you have to know what you are doing as an injector in order to avoid bumpiness and bruising. i do this several times a day, so i rarely have problems.
i see most people back 2 weeks after the procedure. because i charge a flat fee of $1000, the touch up procedure is free.
if there is extra juvederm, we can certainly apply it to other areas.
hope that helps!

Your site says a syringe of Juve costs $600 - so why do you charge a flat fee of $1,000? Honestly, something like that would prevent me from visiting you - I only want to pay for exactly what I get. What if I didn't need a touchup? Or no more than 1 syringe? What is the extra $400 for?

hi,
that's fine, we can do it that way as well.
i usually use 1 syringe of juvederm for the procedure initially.
if we need to use a second syringe, we can discuss it at that time.
if i do not use the whole thing, i can store it for your touch up visit.
the extra $400 is to cover any extra juvederm and my time for as many follow up visits as you need. however, we can just have you pay for the visits individually. i would charge you $150 per follow up visit.
hope that helps
