Uneven blink?

Uneven blink?

Postby inkyblb » Tue Jun 06, 2006 7:19 pm

I am 8 weeks post op - and I'm having several problems. Thank goodness for this website, which I just found this week - I've been suffering alone and without any support, after all I wasn't going to tell anyone about having this done! I had u/l bleph and brow. I bruised really badly, bled a lot during surgery, and had a great deal of swelling. From day one I was telling my ps that my eyes looked totally different - still the same differences now - left is almond shaped, the right is round, with incomplete closure and lower ptosis. The worst is the blink is all wrong on the right eye as well - delayed and partial which looks really wierd. My ps says everything is ok - will resolve in a matter of time. Well...............has anyone else had this issue, and if so, did it resolve on it's own, and how long did it take? Went to an opthomologist to get an opinion about the health of my eyes at this point and she said she wasn't so sure this would resolve on it's own. Geez..........I thought I was prepared.......NOT!!! Any info or advice would be greatly appreciated!
