I have had my lips done before and it lasted about two months. Since I found a new injector it seems to be only lasting 40 days. I have almost a whole syringe of Juv Ultra put in both my lips. She doesn't use the whole syringe but leaves just enough for a touch up on two weeks, which I always need. I also get a few units of botox around the mouth at the same time just to try and help the mouth area last longer. Has anyone else gone through product like this? I am starting to think I am not getting a whole syringe or it's outdated product. What is the average for others?
so i have had teosyl kiss putin my lips in june. and its now almost febuary. and they have not left one BIT. it looks like the same as i had a week later :S im very curious to know if they are going to go away. im not dissappointed at all. but thank god i like them!.
Hello, I got my lips done, I have gotten Juvéderm injections and I got a whole syringe mostly got it in my upper lip because my upper lip was extremely small, but I have an extremely full bottom lip naturally, but they did inject a little in my bottom lip. Mines last a little over than a year. But if you talk or move your lips a lot it lasts only 9 months ruffly. My plastic surgeon explained everything to me. I don't know if you're going to a cheep doctor or not paying for the real thing but I have never heard of having it only last that little of a period. The doctor is supposed to go threw your medical history, base your age, and conditions in life, then he or she decides what is the best for you. I had a full syringe and it was about $550. That included a dental block which helped with the pain and it numbs your lips, since the lips are such a sensitive place. So it helps numb it to help with the pain while getting the procedure done, and after pain. I would recommended getting that done as well, so when you go in make sure to ask to get that done. They just stick 4 shots into your gums 2 on the top, and 2 on the bottom. It doesn't hurt as close to the pain of when you're getting your lips done, so it's really not that bad, so I would recommend it big time.
I hope this helped you, and helps you make the right choices next time you see someone. Cause I would be upset if I wasted my money for something that isn't going to last long at all. I was so surprised when I read your story, I have never heard of it only lasting that short of a time. God Bless, I wish you luck on your next procedures.
