I have had same awful results form combo of botox and juvederm.
I wanted to look great for a new date and got injected 3 weeks before the date.
My doctor is supposed to be top notch. He spent 30 minutes injecting tiny little amounts around 40 pin pricks.
After a few weeks I developed brown bruising, weird swelling which casts shadows and a sunken appearance around my orbital rims.
And also my brows are droppy not lifted from botox.
And Im not imagining any of tis for two reasons.
First I ve taken copious pictures before and after. The difference is striking and depressing. I look suddenly older, tired and expressionless.
ll this combines to make me a 30 yr old look 10-15 years older.
My 96 yr old grandmother, my close male gay friend both have sharp eyes and noted my weird appearance.
Also my boss keeps asking if im tired or sick.
I shouldve listened to them Instead I went on a first date and wrecked my chances because of my altered appearance. I heard thru the grapevine that the guy now thinks i altered my pics on my skin and around my eyes !!!!!!!
Nightmare.
I am on my knees praying that things resolve themselves.
I tried fat grafting years ago and loved that. Even though its not cheap Im going back to that.
I'm sorry you had such bad results. What does your doc say about this? At least the juvederm is not perm. My doc had said he is not putting juvederm in the eye area (thats what i wanted) anymore because it was "growing" (expanding if you will) and causing this lumpy appearence. Maybe he can inject you with something to dissolve it. Either way try and be positive. I know it's very hard to when u feel u look bad. just know it will not be forever.
I don't know where u are from or I would recommend someone for you. In my state of course. I know 2 good docs.. if you need to vent feel free. I'm dorie : )
My doctor said that it can happen but is rare. Told me that it will resolve itself in about 7-8 weeks from now.
Sigh...............Have to take a break from dating until then.
Too insecure otherwise. And look weird to boot.
