Best Dr in Los Angeles Area for Arm Lift?

I know that arm lifts are quite the hit and miss surgery from what I read, so I'm wondering if anyone has a great surgeon in Los Angeles that either specializes in, or does lots of arm lifts. The biggest problems I've seen are that docs just don't seem to know where to place the incision, or they don't take enough off, or leave some kind of bump or lump... all very spotty, again hit and miss, results. If anyone has a ecommendation/pics, I'd appreciate it.

You can look for dr. Salas or you can ask for some pictures of patients and they can send it by email, if you want to see the results of the procedure
