hello all i have been hanging round the site reading posts for a couple hours now. i am having my first BA this saturday. i am extrememly nervous and confused on my size im going with. and just nervous in general about everything im 25 5'8 about 125-130 lbs currently a 32b im from houston and have chose thru a whole list of surgeons thru out the united states to go with a office in dallas. with it being so far away our meeting was brief and i mean brief he did my measurements i showed him a couple pictures of how i wanted to look like in the end.I dont want the fake look. but with the size implants i want in the end they will look fake cause their size but i want them to look pretty natural. but still give me alot of cleavage.
^im not sure if those pictures are okay on the site so forgive me if i get in trouble.(shes a 32g Euro) but thats my boobie match thats what im going for also my surgeon has told me to not wear a bra at all for the first couple of weeks which i found odd but i did research seems like the only real reason they ask you to wear bras is for comfort. im just concerned as i dont want my implant sliding to my armpit? can that happen? ahh so many questions.. lol so close to the deadline im freaking out. also is their any women on here that are pretty close to my measurements 5'8 125-130 that are round the same that have gotten 600cc or higher?
My avatar is 3 years old..so dont pay attention to that picture. Now, three years later I feel i look like that model...LOL. Which for me isnt a good thing because I was a small C. Now with the drop and fluff and ten pound weight gain...I am a 34DD. They look so natural I feel i need a lift. I received 425cc or 450. I have Mentor silicone mod profile. The profile itself does not fit my body. I actually want a revision after I have my first baby in December . But anyways, you should go with what your PS is saying and what you think. If you have any questions or concerns about a size being too large...go for a smaller size..that is one thing i should have done. I am 5'6'' and weigh 127 exactly..with a butt..and i still feel no too proportionate. So the most important thing is trust your PS and yourself..hold the implants and take your time choosing. If it was me, i would go smaller instead of risking being way too large..but that is my opinion after my experience. I still love my implants and dont mean to sound like a downer..but I think we all choose really fast through excitement. Goodluck to you though! I hope they are perfect and what you want!

I ( personally) dont think anyone can get a exact match by showing a surgeon a picture. That size implant is very big and (may) look very round and fake looking (depending on the person). I have 450cc and im 178cm tall with a muscular toned physic and i find 450cc big for me im a 10 E. Started a A cup. The bigger you go the quicker they sag and the sooner u will need a lift. And if u havent had kids well gee everyones milk comes in regardless if u breast feed and with that size implant plus milk engorgement your bound to streeeetch majorly ouch.
Hi. I have not been on here in a really long time I had my surgery in 2007. I had 550cc hp textured implants placed under the muscle. I am 5ft 9in and weigh 125 pounds. My bra size before surgery was 34b and I am now 30ff. I have lost a lot of weight and my breasts seem huge, but I love them I originally wanted bigger implants, but I realize now that this is big enough. They look natural and perky. I am not sure you can use pictures to show the size you want because they settle differently on everyone.
