Hi im from perth and am 5 months post op from my 450cc 10E cups that look like full C cups Im happy with that now after many many months of boobie greed.
So i have started my weight training in full force and am bak to my full tone and fitness which is awesome. BUT training the chest with any type of weight training HURTS and feels weird. I have DUAL PLAIN ONLY UNDER THE PEC MUSCLE and i rang my surgeon and he said no chest weights or training ever as it could pull the implants far apart towards my arm pits , Any one else get these instructions? Any input would be appreciated xx
