Back in 2008, I had my first BA. I got cohesive gel under muscle. 400cc. After a few years, I've decided I want to go significantly bigger. I'm moving from Canada to Australia in September this year. I know and trust my surgeon here in Toronto. He's a real artist, and isn't charging me as much for the revision. The cost of BA seems to be almost double in Oz. So I thought it would be a good idea to do it here before I left. Decided I wanted Katie Price/Pam Anderson boobs. 1000 or more CC.

Today I went for my pre-op consult. Did all the paper work and sizing. My surgeon took my measurements and told me he doesn't think 800cc will even fit, but since I want them big, he'll try sizers during surgery. Worst case he'll put in 700cc cohesives. I'm really disappointed. I cant even seem to find pictures online of what 800cc will look like in. I got to play with the sizers today, and yes, the 800s are big, but it's still not as big as i'd like to go.

sooo.. I was wondering- what would you girls do in my situation? Does anyone know what the max size implants on the shelves are in Australia? I cant seem to find that info. Here in Canada it's only 800cc. Apparently, I'm going to be Dr. Edelstein's 3d patient to go this big, and the other girls were larger girls.

Does anyone know where I can look at photos of ladies who have had 800cc implants?

I would not be so hung up on CCs, because 800-1000 ccs on one woman will look different on another. If the doctor thinks you are not big enough for those sizes, then ask him what size it would take to have the size breasts of Pam or Katie. Any body frame should be able to support very large beasts, but the thing is, on a smaller frame it will take less CCs to achieve that, kwim? Consider a taller, broader woman having a certain CC - and how that would not work at all on a much smaller gal.

I don't think you want implants too big for your body do you? I would question any doctor who would even put implants too big for your frame into your breasts. Seems quite irresponsible to me.

Show your doctor the look you want, with pictures. He needs to figure out the details on how to achieve this look.

Good luck and if you trust your doctor, go with him and his recommendations.

Hey girl. Please do me a favor and with Dr. Pousti in San Diego. He specialzes in 1000cc or more And he can do practically anything. I'm scheduled in a few months. I hear that he is amazing.

Dr. Pousti is a great doctor. He has a ton of experience in doing larger breast augmentations. I would differently recommend anyone who is thinking of going larger to check out his website.
