I had saline implants 11.5 years ago. Approx 400ccs. I had a breast lift 6 months ago and i feel as though they look no different except smaller. I want perkier breasts. My doctor recommended adding an additional 300cc with a high profile saline implant. (I'm in Canada) He says it will give them a more rounded appearance. I am wondering if anybody has done this and any advice would be GREATLY helpful!!! What would recovery be? Would they look like they looked when I first had them done?
I understand wanting your breasts bigger and rounder, but aren't they perky after your recent lift? You don't feel they look lifted really?
Are your current implants over or under the muscle? If you are over going to under, you will have pain from that. Even going from under to under. But I don't think it will be as bad as the lift part was. JMO on that. Not a huge deal to have implant switch, considering you have already had implants. Each surgery I think is easier than the last, unless having a lot more work done or going extremely larger.
I am always saying to ask your ps, they can really picture it, trust their judgement but... wow 300 more cc that's almost doubling the size. Although I forgot some women lose some size with lift.
I absolutely think if you arent satisfied with the size, go up. Really, if your ps recommends 300cc that's probably what you need. I see the point that you can lift the breasts but still lack fullness on the top.
I've enjoyed life so much more since I got my aug and lift and you know how rewarding it is to have breasts you're satisfied with. I say go for it!
