I am pretty new here and learning a lot from this informative website.
I am 5"2', 115 pounds, age 36.
My breast is droopy from breastfeeding so hoping to undergo BA to get a full 34C. I believe I am a 34C already but kinda flat.
I tried to measure my BWD - 14cm.
My PS uses Silimed silicon implant.
Looking at the Smooth Moderate Profile of 14cm, it says 450cc I tried the rice test and is comfortable with 350cc of rice.
I wonder if ther eis a typo in your post here as you said you area 34C but flat but when I looked at your pics you say you are a 34A. You don't look like a flay 34C now but like a 34A.
If you tried on sizers and liked the 350 cc look then , since going with UNDERS you need to add 20% to the 350 cc or 70 cc making the total implant you need to achieve that 350 cc LOOK you tried on as 420 cc So..a 420 cc implant will do the trick.
I am asking why your PS is using textured implants and not the smooth round implants?
What is your ribcage measurement..measured snugly right under your breast crease? Height and weight?
Here is the link for the 2 choices of textured implants from SIlimed..none seem to fit what you need with a BWD of 14 cm....
When I did up my profile, I thought I was a 34A though my 34A bra cuts into my breast. It was only on Thu when i bought a 34C bra to do my rice test that I realized I am a 34C (albeit a flat 34C )
The 34C bra does not cut into my breast but I do not have good volume to fill the bra.
Having said that, I don't know how to change the profile data...still trying to figure this out
My PS recommended textured silicon as he thinks it reduces chances of capsular contraction. I did read abt losing more breast tissue during implant replacement. So I am still thinking abt textured vs smooth.
My ribcage is 28 inches.
I am 5"2', 115 pounds.
Will a 420cc (->350cc UNDERS) look too big (side boobs?) on me?
When I put 350cc into the 34C bra, the cup size meansurement is 9.8 inches which roughly says it's a D cup, right?
But I also realize there are some 'gaps' between the bra and breast that are unfilled so when it is completely installed UNDERS, I guess it would be 9.5 inches max.
Do I make sense? Can I predict a less than 9.8 inches cup size once I go UNDERS?
My BWD is 14cm.
Looking at the above link:
For high profile, I could take 13.8cm but it has a volume of 525cc .
For low profile, I could take 13.7cm which has a volume of 340cc...a tad too small I think.
Does high profile implant give me better cleavage?
If not, does high profile gives one bigger breasts?
I posted my pictures with my 350cc rice test. Please comment if it looks ok relative to my frame. Going UNDERS mean it should be around 400-420cc. BWD 14cm.
Now, it's to decide which model implant to take from Silimed.
My doctor only uses Silimed.
I am thinking of smooth round moderate profile MP (as I want fullness and cleavage) :
10512-420 volume 420cc for 13.6cm proj 3.9cm
10512-450 volume 450cc for 14.0cm proj 4.0cm
My ribcage is 28" though. Will moderate profile look ok on me?
The other 3 Silimed implants that are suitable:
HP / 10521-545 volume 545 for 13.9cm proj 4.8cm
HP / 20646-480 volume 480 for 13.5cm proj 5.7cm
MP / 20645-400 volume 400 for 13.7cm proj 4.9cm
Smooth round for me..I am very anti-textured in 95% of cases as implants have to be replaced every 10-16 yrs. When they remove the implant one will loose more of their own breast tissue due to it adhearing to the textured surface. That is not the case with smooth implants
I would not go over 420 cc for unders..the one closest to the 14 CM. I have 350 cc overs and am a 32DD. You need to expect to be a DD cup

Sooner? It is not sooner. ALL implants, no matter whether unders or overs or silicone or saline, smooth or textured. The MFG warranty is 10 years...the general consensus is they nee to be replaced every 10-16 years. The outer shell starts to deteriorate over time.
But...when textured implants have to be replaced one will loos more of their own breast tisse as the breast grows into the implant textured side and this has to be cut out/separated to remove the old implant.
Thanx again for sorting me Miki - didn't mean sooner (yes, I know I wrote it), but you answered what I meant. Boy, am I having a bad day or what! As for not massaging textured - you see - something else I've learned 2day.
I think all us forum girls should have t-shirts - 'Queen Miki', lol! You are indeed the wise one xxx

I've learned it all from here and from living it:0 Thanks,
Miki
Thanks for your reply. In fact, I was looking at yours the moment I entered this board as you are using Silimed implants. Your girls look wonderful. You must be so pleased.
I did try on the 260cc at my first consult. Dh and I are now looking at something bigger, a full C, after looking at so many pictures in this board.
As I am going UNDERS, I need to factor in 20% extra vol.
What is your ribcage size and BWD?
Does your cup size now measure 9 inches?
Which Silimed model implant did u use?
Thanks!

Miki, I am confused. In your previous post, you mentioned :
YourOwnChoice wrote:If you tried on sizers and liked the 350 cc look then , since going with UNDERS you need to add 20% to the 350 cc or 70 cc making the total implant you need to achieve that 350 cc LOOK you tried on as 420 cc So..a 420 cc implant will do the trick.
So should I choose 420cc for UNDERS (as I like the 350cc rice test look) ?
Or do you mean I should choose 450cc model as it matches my BWD of 14cm ? I am totally lost.
Please advise the exact model Silimed implant I should choose?
So you don't recommend the High Profile models even though my ribcage is 28" ?

Thank you so much!
The 450 cc should work..again..expect to be a 32DD cup when all is done and finished..it is what I am also with 350 cc overs
I don't think I want to be 32DD as I am Asian.
How come the ribcage will shrink to 32 when I am now 34 ??...really weird...pray, please explain how yours shrank from 34 to 32.
I want to be a full C, a baby D is still ok. And I also want fullness and cleavage.
