too far apart?

Yep we all do differ on our thoughts

K now for going larger, I soooooooo leave that in the hands of the surgeon --- I am all about HUGE breast for sure, so I do understand the desire to GO BIG, BIGGER, and BIGGEST ---now here is where I toss out some tough love darling, ya just gotta love me, teehee --- Put implant size, or bra cup size out of thoughts --- gather lots of pics of breast you like looks of, look at the cleavage, size of breast, placement, nipple position, side breast, no side breast, and share what it is that you like about the look to YOUR surgeon --- also collect pics you do NOT like the looks of and share those with your surgeon --- this will put the two of you on the same page as as for The Look YOU are looking to have...

Communication is the key when working with our surgeons, sounds as if your surgeon wants to address your concerns, by them asking if you would like to move up your f/u  ( I DID read they asked if you wanted to move it up, yes) --- start gathering your info now --- write down questions to ask --- keep us posted, we are here cheering you on for sure...

Maybe when you see him/her ask about the difference in profiles of implants as well, and which would work best for YOU, and your BWD...

ETA: Going larger for ME, was in profile, not width, so with more profile, came, more cc's 650, but less width due to I have HP, did I make any sense just now???

Thanks, Lisa--you make perfect sense... is there a chart that corresponds cc amounts of mod-plus with those of high-profile? Am I making sense now??

I'll let you know what happens at my follow-up, which I just might reschedule earlier. In a way I feel so silly and superficial worrying about something like "not enough cleavage," but then again, I went through some pain and spent some money, and I want what I want. Might end up having to wait for a redo, though--I'm just three months out and my husband (who loves them, by the way) would kill me!

madamrose, this is your body and you want it to be the way you want it so do not stop until you achieve that look. Your husband will understand if you explain it to him and show him the pictures of what you hope to acheive. Tell him that you would like his support but that you will do this anyway because this really affects your self esteem.

I agree with Lisa, gather those pictures and discuss them with your ps. Develop a plan and work toward what you want. I wish you all the best.
