Want to remove implants for smaller ones

I removed mine and needed a lift. I was a 36dd and went down to 36d (lift and implant) I went to a great dr in NY named Dr. Joel Studin... I am so happy with my breasts now. I love them! You can def go down some cc's but not too much without needing a lift, otherwise you'll get a "rock in sock" effect. No one likes that look or feel. Good luck on your journey!

Hi Brandnewme,

This is not as uncommon a request as you might think. Some women change how they feel about their enhancements based on age, lifestyle change, or any number of things.

I recommend booking a consultation appointment with a plastic surgeon to discuss your options. You likely did the same thing when getting your initial enhancements and even if you choose to use the same surgeon, a consultation is always a good idea. Typically the cost of a consultation is put toward the eventual cost of the surgery itself, if you choose to opt for that particular surgeon, so it's to your benefit. Then you can discuss options for reductions/replacements, subsequent lifts, or anything else you might be concerned about. Don't feel uncomfortable about wanting to change your mind about the size of your enhancements. Your doctor is there to help you look and feel your best!

Good luck and keep us posted!

for the smaller implants, would there be saggy skin issue? since the breast was adapted to a bigger implant earlier

Anytime I want to wear a bikinio hve to pick one that isn't obnoxious looking. I am over being insecure with large implants and going to change that.

It's been ten years and I am glad to put these behind me. Gosh how our tastes change in ten years. Back the big implants were all the rage. I was happy to show them off. They made me feel good. Now I wish I went smaller. More modest. I am excited to have my redo done. I recommend that you shouldn't listen to doctors or people who say to go a bit bigger than you'd like. You can always wear a padded bra is you want bigger. You sadly can't go smaller with a bra. Shopping is a huge challenge with big implants. I can't wait to have this weight lifted a bit. 390 is heavy. I am told they will still be full and nice shape. Wish me luck

I know it has been 4 years since your reduction.... How did it go? Are you happy you did it? I am about the same size as you, and wanted a full C cup. The Dr gave me 400cc, which made me DD. too big!

So I am thinking of going down to 300cc. Will that be enough? Too much? Will I sag?

Hi
I am in this same position. I was 34 C/D after having two children and wanted to have lovely shaped boobs in a right place. I never wanted big boobs. My surgeon told me that i dont need a lift ( which i questioned a lot) and to find out what size i want is to fill my bra with rice and to measure. I went for 390 moderate and i ended up with 34 FF and after a year they went down to 34 F and i hate them. Not even they huge and make me look very heavy chested and fat which i'm not..i work out 4 days at the gym and i'm running a lot but i don't feel it that i do.. because of them. Another huge problem is shopping for dresses. I can easily fit into size 8 dress but can not zip up the top part. And those pretty bras-forget it! Also they are lower then they should be so the only way is to support them is in a bra which it means that they need to go up and they look even bigger because of the extra flesh and skin...

So after 3 years i have booked appointment with different surgeon( which he was recommended to me). He has measured me. We talked about the shape of my chest wall and proportions. He has recommended me 240 or 270 and uplift. He was suggesting me more 270. he sad that there is not that much difference ..only 30 ..but they will look fuller. He sad that this is my decision but i need to be careful not to go for to small as i don't want to ended up like someone sad here earlier with "rock in a sock" .

My surgery is booked for next week.i am very nervous as i dont want to make another expensive mistake..

I would love to hear from you how yours went and if you are happy..

At first everything was good, but there was itching inside and after half a year the chest dropped. Soon I went to Dr. Simon Ourian to California, as he was praised for his writings by many who. They put me 340ml under the muscle. Now at me all is normal more year, though I very much was worried. Recently has passed or has taken place Uzis — all is normal. And now there is no itch. But the sensitivity of the chest fell.
