Straight to the point...

Name me some PS in the U.S. who are suppose to be the best of the BEST for implant revision. I need to start looking.

I need a third redo and I want to make this my last, for as long as they can last.

I want very soft bouncy boobs and correct my bottomed out boob. They are so stiff and I have cohesive implants. Harder than my salines were.

I have heard many great things about Dr. Don Revis. He fixes a lot of bottoming out cases with his "internal bra". He has a website with lots of before and afters of revisions. He also does email consultations and will tell you what he can do and how much it will cost.

I've seen Revis' website pics before and I wasn't impressed. I'm wondering who else is out there.

Dr.Da Lio at UCLA in Los Angeles is amazing. He does not have a website to view pictures but im sure if you contact his office they would email you some pictures. My friend had her breasts done and referred him to me. I went (payed the $150 for consult) and he caught stuff that a couple of doctors had not that would have caused me future problems if not taken care of during augmentation. He is a bit pricey because he is in Los Angeles and he is at the forefront of breast reconstruction research and surgery. He isnt significantly more costly then some other LA doctors, to avoid any further surgeries which cost more I say check him out.
I have heard of dr.pousti in san diego and have a consult coming up with him but I have no personal experience, just word of mouth thus far.

Can't speak for one personally yet....but EVERYONE (almost) says to go to Dr Revis. There is another very popular site out there and they all either already do or want to go to him. I'll very likely be heading there. His website states he does 3 internal bras techniques a week to fix bottoming out cases, and that's just for bottoming out. I would guess that a big chunk of his surgeries are revisions.

Oh ya...Dr Poutsi seems to be way up there in the running too.

I would vote for Dr. Garth Fisher or Dr. David E. Kim. Both do lots of revisions.

Dr. Tom Pousti in San Diego is my surgeon, however I didn't have any revision surgery. He did my BA over 3 years ago. Something that caught my attention on his website was his revision work. He has tons of before and afters and after seeing the dramatic difference of those photos, I knew I needed to consult with him for my augmentation. I'm so glad I did. He has a very warm caring demeanor and he truly listens to his patients. I feel that my procedure what customized to my personal goals and I couldn't be happier with my experience with his practice!
