I know this is a bit late but I had breast lift 12 February and about 4 weeks into it I found that I was separating at the T section on my left breast and a hole had developed at the top of the section that intersects with the areola. My doctor was not concerned and put me on Silvadine cream 2 times a day. It's used for burn patients and it heals from the inside out. I've been using it for 1 week and can't really tell if it's working or not. I have my 6-week checkup next week so I'll find out if it's working. Within the last week, I've been using my right arm so much that I have separated at the T section on my right breast and it's more painful than the left. I keep using the Silvadine and hoping it's really healing. I'm optimistic that he won't have to do minor surgery to repair the hole but I'm more concerned that I'm going on a cruise in about 6 weeks and I was hoping to wear sun dresses on the boat. I'm really bummed and want the healing to be over so I can go back to a normal life.
How long did it take for your's to heal up completely? Was there any additional scars due to the separation?
I'm hoping someone is still reading this and can give me some insight on what to expect.
