750 Grams?

750 Grams?

Postby Lynn_00098 » Thu Oct 23, 2008 6:29 am

I went to see my PS Nurse yesterday and i asked how much he had planned on taking. She said that he has to take at least 750 grams. Is that both breasts u think or is it all together? I forgot to ask how much did your PS take? Just trying to get an idea. Im a 38 G now and she said i would probably be a C (YAY!!). I did not want to be any bigger. Although i know there is a possiblity i would be but hey anthing is better than this!! Comments please!!

I would think that would be per side. 750 grams converts to 1.65346 lbs if that helps any.

Lynn that sounds about right. I too was a 38 g/h. They took 760 from one side, and 840 from the other, and now I am a B cup.

everyone's breast tissue is different and weighs different, so it's hard to tell. I was also a 38G and had 675grams out of one side and 620grams out of the other and am a small C now. HTH!

Well, I was a 38G and my surgeon removed 1070gms from my left breast and 1273gms from my right. The bra that I'm wearing right now is a 38D. That amounts to about 5.5 lbs of breast tissue removed.

That sounds like it would be from each side. The weight of what they remove depends on the makeup of breast tissue -- mostly dense or mostly fatty.
