Advice...and a pep talk

Advice...and a pep talk

Ladies, I've been considering a BR for about 10 years. My size has varied from 36-DD ( when I was young and skinny  ) to my current size 38G/H. I should mention that I saw my PS in August 2012 and he approved me for a reduction covered by my insurance. Then in September 2012 I became pregnant. I have another appointment with him at the end of October/13 ( baby will be 5 months). I will be scheduling my surgery for this winter.
My questions are- I've wanted this for so long but I'm scared. Scared of the pain, that I won't like how I look, that I might be losing some of my " big boob sexiness" that has been in my life forever.
Am I crazy? The back/ shoulder pain is crazy some days....and the idea of being able to buy a bra at a store that doesn't specialize in industrial strength bras is very appealing.... But I'm still scared. Has anyone else felt this apprehension?
