Breast reduction...

Breast reduction...

Postby kate1590 » Wed Jan 06, 2016 4:10 am

Heya,

So I've decided to get a breast reduction after giving it a lot of thought. I've read up about different options, and how they go about doing it, but I'm still a little unsure how small I can go. I'm currently an E cup (depending on measurements).
I can post a pic of me if that helps. Has anyone had experience not knowing how small to go as well?

Thankyou, Sarah

I would also like a breast reduction but have read that a breast reduction without an implant inserted will not look good. I do not want to insert an implant so am wondering if a reduction and lift without an implant would work.

A lot of deciding how small to go is going to depend on if you're going through insurance\coverage or not. Sometimes, there is a minimum amount of breast that needs to be removed. I found a good way to figure out what size "looks" like what you want is to ask friends who have the tata's you would like what cup size they are (extra useful if they have the same size ribcage as you)

As for Evian - Nah, you don't need inserts. :) So far, out of about 4 friends with reductions (and myself) no one has gotten the inserts and everyone has turned out with pretty nice chests. A big key to it is aftercare and following your doctors directions to the letter.

Also, once everything is healed up, vitamin e oil is your best friend.
