Question about exercise post-BR

Question about exercise post-BR

Postby GiantsFan » Sat Nov 24, 2012 8:09 pm

Hello. I'm having a BR in December, and the Dr. says I can start walking after about two weeks, and running after four weeks. Are there any runners out there who went through this four-week break in running and started back? I'm wondering how long it took to get back to your previous mileage. And what was your experience when you started running? I'm worried about the bouncing, of course! Thank you to anyone out there who might be able to help.

I am curious about this too. How did it end up going for you?
