upset...i think my breasts are too small now!

Hi everyone.
I am so glad I found this site. So nice to find people to share with. I just had a BR 5 days ago and I'm pretty upset out about how small they look. I was a 32F, 5'7", 145lbs. and now I am what my doctor called it a "perky c").

I asked for a "D" but the dr. said that there was less tissue than she thought (she needed to take 400gr each breast, but told me later there was a lot more fat, which weighs less, so she had to take more than she thought) If what I've been reading is true, they are swollen now, and are probably going to get even smaller, right?

Additionally she reduced the length of my nipples, as they were really long. Now they look like cotton puffs on the end of my areolas. So strange. Additionally I got lipo on my back and abdomen areas.

My recovery is different from many I have read. There were no drains, no steri strips. I was bound and then went in a few days later to take the binding off and given a surgical bra.

I'd love some insights, support, or words of advice.
Thanks so much!
