Hi I had a BR 3 and half weeks ago and like an idiot i havent really.. been taking it easy and to be honest theres not a lot i havent done. I know this is stupid but its almost like it hasnt registered and i dreamt it all ! Thing is i am getting a lot of pain during the late afternoon-night, and stabbng pains and like a weird tingly feeling that really hurts. Also under my armpits either side i have a kind of.. lump like the flesh is thicker.. is this normal? I spoke to my hospital and they said i was in paim at night from doing too much in the day. But im a single mom w/ no friends and family near by so i kinda have to do everything!
I am 4 years out... and this is the best thing I have ever done. I had stabbing shooting pains for up to a year after the reduction. I was told it is nerve endings reconnecting. I had lumps and bumps. I did not take it easy either. I had my surgery on a Thursday... and was back to work on the next Wednesday. I have a desk job, so I was able to kind of take it easy at work... although I did get tired pretty quickly.
Just letting you know.. it will all heal, and your breasts will change. Mine are perfect now. I went from a super saggy 42DDD to a 40 B. I love it. I am able to go bra-less and not be embarassed.
