Lymphatic Drain Massages DC MD Area

Lymphatic Drain Massages DC MD Area

Postby panache1975 » Mon Aug 08, 2011 4:45 pm

Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to share some info if your in the DC MD area and looking for someone who does Lymphatic Massages. I just happened to find a spa and called and they did. I lucked up big time too. The Spa is owned by a Plastic Surgeon who knew exactly what I needed and get this she admitted that my Lipo and Fat Grafting was done VERY Well. She was extremely nice also. The massage was done by a massage therapist named Renee and let me tell you it was a little painful but I drained all over that table yall, I though I was peeing on myself at first LOL. I was embarrassed until I realized I was draining. I feel good as hell now though. Cost $95 per hour. Dr. Mussenden recommended one session per week for a month and see how that goes.

It's called MediSpa (Renee) 301-552-2620 The Dr who owns it is Dr Caryl Mussenden 240-297-1084

Just thought I'd Share

Sorry I meant to tell the cost is $95 per hour. I thought that was reasonable. Dr. Mussenden recommended one session per week for a month and see how that goes. BTW they are located off of Good Luck Rd and Greenbelt Rd across the street from Duvall High School. The facility is very nice.

hey everyone,

thanks for the information on lymphatic massages, i tried google and couldnt find anything. My surgery date for Lipo to flanks and back and FG (possibly 600-800cc per cheek) is Aug 19 next friday at Fairfax with Dr Tavallali in VA. I research a lot of doctor in the MD/DC area. Would love if any of you DMV gals can give advice pre-op and postop. I did order Arnica pills, Brom, Arnica cream. Im also looking into into garmets at recovapostsurgery.com. they have a lipo massager for 29lira, its used after surgery for lymphatic drainage! I took off for 8 days and am worried about not being able to sit on my tush for long period of time. Some one please help!! I need advice! :)

I had my Lipo and FG with Dr Campos in Mexico on 8/3 please check out my post below if interested. I too returned to work today exactly one week later and I do sit on my booty all day. It wasn't that bad. Once I'm home I won't be on the butt at all. Right now i'm typing this lying on my stomach  . I have quite a bit of swelling and my husband and I have been massaging it b4 bed and I will go every Saturday for professional lymphatic massages.

Rene does not practice there anymore but can be reached @
301-906-5667. She does simply amazing work. She has patience and a personality that almost makes you forget how uncomfortable the massage is. You won't feel like you are being rushed through the massage because she allows plenty of time between clients.
