LOL I think its really working. When I get home tonight, I'm gonna take measurements, take a shower and wrap myself up in saran wrap. I cant go walking today because its too cold for the baby but I'll run on my wii fit.
Well....I haven't been walking. Its been cold and I cant take the baby out. But I've been wearing the saran wrap and jumping rope and hoola hoping on the wii fit and....NOTHING! not a flipping inch! I think I just need to work out more. I'm still gonna try though!
Oh, BTW: the other night, I took a shower and wrapped myself with saran wrap and buy 5am I was in the bathroom ... OMG... TMI I know but its cleaning me out Thanks Tasty!
I want my banging waist and "bo-day-sious" booty but I want to lose this belly fat so I can look the way I really want to. My belly is hard its not flabby.
My mom says, "well you just had a baby...give it TIME" HELL 9 months ain't enough TIME? I jog because it makes my books ache and my chest swells (medical problem)
Come on ya'll, help a sista out!
Like getsome said "The world would be a much better place if we could choose the area that the weight loss would effect." Truly belly fat is the WORST fat to have!
For me running gets rid of it and fast. BUT I lose my boobs and booty so of course thats NO BUENO.
For you, it took 9 months plus to put it on so of course its not gonna just fall right off. It only happens that way for some people so cut yourself some slack and do it healthy by eating right and slowly getting back into an excersise routine!
tbaby, when you wore the tight girdle, how do you size those things? Like do you up the size, go down a size, etc? And what if you can't breathe when you're wearing it....does this mean that it's too tight? I know that sounds dumb, but I have few waist cinchers but I can never wear the damn things for that long because they squeeze me so tight that it's almost painful and I feel like I'm short of breath....so I can usually only wear them for about an hour and then I am DYING

MsTasty, ooooo I want to try the saran wrap for sure!! Do you think it'll work if I wrap my upper thighs with it?? I'm too scared to get lipo on my upper thighs but I reeeeeally want them to be a little smaller.
MsTasty5 wrote:I suffered from this same thing. When I was on my diet trip I was losing weight everywhere except my tummy.
Not sure how healthy it is - but I started wrapping my middle in saran wrap when I was going for my walks. It made me sweat and my tummy shrunk dramatically within about 2 weeks.
Has anyone else done this or am I the only wierdo on this board?

I've never tried it on my thighs - but hey it couldn't hurt to try
If you do it....let me know how it goes I think I want to shave off maybe another 1/2 inch from my thighs but I REFUSE to lipo them again...no way am i going thru that painful shit again.
I did liposuction in my abdominal area, waist and back with fat transfer in my butt I removed a little bit of fat from my abdominal area in put it in my butt it is more healthier and also it look's more natural and I feel happy with the results.
The flat belly diet sounds like gold! I just made my "sassy water" I'll start tomorrow! AND I just signed a contract with a personal trainer....Hopefully this helps! Thanks idevious
I'm going back to the saran wrap! I got a treadmill from my sister so I have anytime access to run when ever I need to at my own house so I think the saran wrap with the running/walking will help this time.
I'm gonna wrap myself three times a week with at least 3 - 20minutes sessions on the treadmill. I hope this works!!!
Here is my plan: I take a long hot shower, put coco butter on my back and tummy, then wrap myself from bottom to top. I wrap 6 layers around. On the days I wrap, I am also drinking "smooth move" once a evening (2 tea bags per cup), no eating after 7pm and at least 3 bottles of water per day.
BTW: any ideas on how I can stop the saran wrap from rolling up????
