Does anyone know if you can get a flesh colored tattoo to cover a darker scar? Has anyone gotten any type of tattoo to cover their scars, if so what was your experience like? I want to cover a tummy tuck scar. It has only been six months and I'm not sure how much lighter the scar is going to get.
excellent question. i have been wondering the same exact thing. for the past couple of months, i've googled this same question but i haven't been able to find much information. the information i do find isn't that great. i hope someone has information that will help. if i can find a competent person that specializes in this type of tattooing, i would pay anything!! LOL. ladyluv1, just curious as to your ethnicity?
I also had a TT 8 months ago. My scar is lightening up. I will give my scar at least a year for it to finish healing before I consider a tatoo or some kind of scar revision. What I mean by a scar revision is doing something via laser or chemical peel. Im pretty good with scars; They usaully fade with time. My c-section scar faded to nothing in about less than 2 years. I have medium skin tone and Im Hispanic.
At the present time Im dating and enjoying being single and free. So, I know how hard it is trying to hide a TT scar. I am using a bleaching cream. When I go out I use a MAC concealer on my scars.
Very good question!!! As you guys I been trying to research the same thing!! I will begoing with Fuentes Nov 24 and I know I will have dots in my body due to the surg...And I been wanting a Tattoe as well and was wondering if it will cover it! Mmmmm.....
