With breast it is so hard to tell because it is so easy to prop them up. but beyonce never had a big chest. the first picture on top where she is wearing a black scarf as a shirt is proof too. She had a great nose job though. she refined it with out changing her whole face. narrowed the bridge and her bulbous tip. her early loreal ads really demonstate the change too. she does a lot of head tilted up shots now that her nose is smaller and much more refined.
Solange her sister had a nose job too. It's like the whole original Destiny's child crew had their noses done. LaToya Luckett, Kelly Rowland, Beyonce, and Solange(although she was never part of destiny's child, close enough). I really wonder who her Dr. was. She got it done befor her solo career started. and just like all rhinoplasty as time goes on it gerts more and more refined. Probably why no one noticed it initially.

it's very obvious that she had a nosejob. her bridge is more narrow and defined. it still looks natural.
attentiontodetail do you know who her doctor is or any black celebrities with good nose jobs like halle berry, tyra banks, solange knowles, . they all have good natural looking nose jobs.
