Hi! I've been wanting to make my lips stop protruding out for a long time, but I don't know what I should do. My dentist says that if I remove 4 teeth (ouch) and get braces, my mouth will go in and my mouth protrudes because of my jaw. But when I poke it, it feels like there's just a lot of lip fat or tissue or something, and I was wondering if a lip reduction could help me? I want the lips to not stick out for a side profile, but could I get that done without really decreasing the size of the red part of my lips?
Also, would you recommend getting my nose done first, or my lips done first? Thank you
I would do the lips/chin area first. Because often that can throw off a nose/facial balance. You might do that and then decide your nose is fine.
I did a chin implant and nose together and I definitely regret doing them together...because it threw my whole face out of whack. One change at a time is enough for a person to get used to, I'd say. At least in my case, I found it hard to see a stranger in the mirror for a long time.
