alright.. notice how the skin/ fat(?) puffs out on either side of my mouth. and even makes those creases.... i NEED to get rid of them. i don't want to do a filler. i'm too young. my mom's face is aged terribly, she has these, only times a thousand. i'd like to prevent that if possible.

however, this dr charges 300 for a consult and has no photos on his website. im not going to pay that much for a dr ive never heard of with no photos in a questionable area.

i am willing to pay that for a dr who has experience with this issue. I JUST DONT KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS.. i do have an overbite, but its not that serious. or maybe theres a deficiency in my chin or jaw?? i just really want to get rid of these puffs... someone help me, please!

I'm not a surgeon but have you looked into buccal fat removal to remove the fat pads from the cheek? I looks to like it's baby fat that is causing the "puffs". I think your chin and jaw is really nice and you don't look bad. Of course, you don't think so, so you should just go on a consult with any plastic surgeon you like and I'm sure he/she can tell you what the problem is. Good luck.

First of all you look great as you are! i've never heard of this technique to excise the fat and skin around the mouth from the outside but you should see a few docs bout this.

lipo would probably solve the problem for the SHORT TERM. the fat will get sucked out but the skin would still be there. in a year or so the skin in that area will start to sag and you'll hate that even more! so be careful as that's not reversible.

i think a pre jowl chin implant would be ur best option as that'll spread the area a bit to look less 'puffy' but it may change the look of your chin from frontal view.

I can only see part of your face yet I can tell you're absolutely gorgeous as you are... As I guy I think it's a shame pretty ladies such as yourself focus so much on something no one even notices...

You see it because it became an obsession for you... Do whatever makes you happy but you definitely do NOT need to make any changes to your pretty face... I hope you won't find something else "wrong" with you as soon as you "fix" your current "problem".

PS. Give your mom a break, your obsessions probably gave her all those wrinkles.

Unfortunately not much can be seen from the photos that you have provided, apart from your beautiful skin and lovely full lips. You look lovely to me.
Please be aware that all surgery involves cutting, and all surgery carries risks. Think hard about that before proceeding.
If you still feel within yourself that it is really what you must do, then I would strongly recommend you consult both a maxillofacial surgeon and a plastic surgeon.
Make sure your surgeon frequently performs any procedure you decide upon, and research the proposed procedure and fully understand it and all risks before going ahead.
I also recommend delaying and thinking about it for at least two years.
Take your time, don't rush into anything.
It may not be important in a couple of years, but a deformity arising out of surgery gone wrong can last a lifetime.
