Should I get surgery? (Pics Included)

Should I get surgery? (Pics Included)

I am unhappy with the roundedness of my lower face. I was thinking about getting a chin implant and buccal fat pad removal to achieve a more chiseled look and more defined, pronounced jawline. take a look at the pics and tell me what surgeries you think might help me achieve what I am going for. All opinions are appreciated!

I just had a chin implant, and I love the look. Like you, I was "borderline", and now, I can't believe how much difference it made in my appearance. I'm age 52, and female, and I wish I had done it when I was much younger. Now, all of my photographs turn out well (I used to have to take SO many photos to get just one good one). My profile is amazing now, when compared to my old profile. I had a full facelift, and my sagging neck is gone.

Just make sure that you consult with an expert facial doctor. I asked my surgeon why chin implants only have about a 50% satisfaction rate, and he said that it was because so many doctors use an implant that is too large. He used sizers during surgery (I think that most docs do that, but he said that they are rarely used in Costa Rica where he works), and he also secured the implant in place so that it would not shift. I'm thrilled with my results. Lifechanging, really. Also check the realself website for more photos and reviews from people who have had it done. You are a great looking guy now, so whatever you decide, you'll be fine! Good luck!
