My husband and I traveled to Pacific Dental twice last year. My husband had a full rack top and bottom of lumineers installed. We flew down to San Diego in July. Then over the border to the office. They did all of the work in one day and put on the temps. We flew back the following week for the actual sets. I almost cried when I saw the results. Simply outstanding. He was beside himself.

Let me tell you we would both do this again in a heartbeat. His doctor was Dr. Lutz. Professional, courteous, kind, knowledgeable, and simply an outstanding staff all the way around. They had state of the art (some things I had never experienced in the U.S) equipment and just a plain old fashioned good experience (as far as Dentists go).

To give you an idea of the savings, we were quoted some $42,000 California dollars for the work he wanted done. There? $6,600.00 and a 10% discount if you bring cash. We did. Out the door, $6,300.00. The biggest pain in the entire experience was getting back over the border. That's it. No question about it we would do this again and probably will.

We are headed back next month for a follow up appointment. I may get a set myself.

When you say full set how many teeth exactly? It was my understanding that you are carged per tooth. Is that right?

12 teeth total. Six top, six bottom, front and back of each tooth. Bleaching, as well as some other dental work they did on the remaining teeth.

One of the reasons for the high cost in California was because the dentist recommended braces prior to the installation of the Lumineers. This was required top and bottom. At Pacific Dental this step was not necessary. They modified his actual teeth and when the new teeth were installed it made his teeth appear perfectly straight.
