AWESOME NEW EYELASH GROWTH PRODUCT!!!

AWESOME NEW EYELASH GROWTH PRODUCT!!!

Postby BabyGirl75 » Sat Aug 25, 2007 4:41 pm

Ok, so in my search for an eyelash growth product different then that of Jan Marini and Revitalash (I’ve tried them both) I stumbled across a product called LiLash.......I read the entire website and loved everything I read. I decided to buy even though the two other products that are in the same category as them really irritated my eyes and ultimately I had to discontinue use. But, like most "junkies" I bought. Of course I opted for next day shipping because I wanted to start ASAP. I used it that night expecting some degree of burning and irritation, but to my excitement nothing!! Woke up the next morning my eyes felt fine, so here's the junkie in me I used it again that morning.........no burning, no redness...NOTHING!!!! I have now been using it for 4 weeks and I feel like I need to trim my lashes!!!! AMAZING a product that works and I can use it twice a day!! My friends are now starting to ask what I’m using or what I have had done and I'm spreading' the word about LiLash!!
Are you ready for the best part??????? LiLash gives you more product for a much more reasonable affordable price. You have to go to the website and once you've done that you have to get it!!!! Just wanted to spread the word!!!
Oh by the way www.LiLash.com

New Eyelash Groeth Product

Postby sarah1974 » Sun Aug 26, 2007 7:33 pm

You seem to like this product. I went to the website and it seems really good. I have used Jan Marini before and my eyes stung a lot so I stopped. I have never used the other product you mentioned. Eyelashes are super important I think they make your eyes look beautiful sadly I wasn't blessed with long lashes, but hopefully after using LiLash things will change. Thank you for the info! I will post again in a few weeks to let you know my success.

OK, I bought this product, it took forever to get to me! I got one email saying it was backordered, and an approximate delivery in 3 weeks, never heard from them, it didn't come, I emailed again, they said "soon" and then it finally arrived. I think I ordered in August and it arrived the tenth of November. One of the reasons I'd chosen this product was because they advertised it as being able to be used twice a day, and it could be used with eyemakeup. I noticed that their website changed, and the last time I looked it said 'once a day' ... In the interim while I was waiting, I went ahead and got the (new formula) JM lash intervention. But I hadn't been using it because I'd gotten an eye infection and didn't want to risk contamination. So , the lilash arrived, and I started using twice a day, and it did not interfere with my eyemakeup, ~ no smudging from it. I did notice a difference fairly soon, at about 3 weeks, and then I remembered I had the lash intervention, so I started using that at night, and the lilash in the morning (with makeup) Between the two, my eyelashes are a lot longer, they're starting to touch my sunglasses lenses! It wasn't just the JM product, because I really only started using it about 3 weeks ago. I just hope that one of them stays on the market! ... and the company that formulates the lilash needs to do a major overhaul with their customer service as far as responding it inquiries and follow up on backordered items. O:)

JM is no longer selling their eyelash product. They pulled it earlier this month, for good. Allergan, who holds a patent on the original ingredient in the JM product, is "supposed" to come out with their version of an eyelash growth product--guess they will have to get it passed and approved by the FDA--takes time.

Per the Wallstreet Journal, JM said the eyelash product accounted for 30% of their revenue  .

... I just read the article. It makes you wonder, 30% is a huge margin to just walk away from. Perhaps they're talking behind the scenes of a partnering like Arden has with its Prevage line? I wonder what countries it is still available in. The funny (coincidental) thing is that I have glaucoma, but not open angle which the drops containing bimatoprost are used for, but rather a narrow/closed angle type, and drops are of no value, I have to have surgery (laser) every few years to keep drainage open. I actually asked my specialist about the drops (its a woman and I think she understands LOL) but she said no.....

I feel really sorry for Jan Marini.,I had no idea the JM eyelash was that big of a seller, I hope she doesnt end up losing her business because of this, what a bummer, she had such an awesome product,I KNEW this would happen thats why I bought 2 original tubes of JM off ebay and revitalash.I think you can still buy revitalash, but thats been reformulated so I dont even know if it "works"now.

I just started researching these eyelash stimulators last week and ran across these forums.
My daughter's friend bought this product called li-lash about a month or so ago. I blew it off thinking nothing of it because I had only heard of the Marini and Revitalash products. I was on the fence about buying this type of thing after reading about the reformulations due to FDA drug issues etc..

So today I went to the li-lash site, called them and ordered..
I'll give you an update as to my experience with it. I figure with a 90 day money back, either way , I can't go wrong. I am hoping to get results like my daughters 17 yr old friend is getting :) I'm 44 and my lashes have thinned due to hormone changes. Time will tell!

Got the Li-lash yesterday

Postby Serenity505 » Sat Apr 05, 2008 8:22 am

OKay,,,

I have never used an eyelash stimulator before . Ladies, please tell me your experiences with these products, because I don't know if this is normal ..

I put the lilash on as directed .. It says once a day, either morning or night. Just to glide the wand over your lashes one time in a sweep.. Not to over apply the product.. I was careful not to over apply.
I applied to it clean dry lashes last night a couple hours before going to bed.
It felt like it dried my eyelid /lashline where I applied it at first.. It states it doesn't contain salt, but I swear it felt like a salty dryness ,, almost crusty,, not bad or painful, but I dont know if I would put mascara on over it.

Then, this morning I woke up and my eyelids look like I had been crying .. with a crusty feeling or tight feeling ... Not super bad, but I wouldn't have woke up with this look normally :)

I washed my face this morn,, my eyes feel okay.. just a little weird, like tight... Do I continue or send back ? Am I allergic? I will call the company on Monday morning first thing..

Please give me your thoughts! I really have high hopes for this product!

Eyelash Stimulator

Postby BabyGirl75 » Sun Apr 13, 2008 4:04 pm

I have used several of the eyelash products and lilash seems to be the best. You said you applied it to clean dry lashes. You are suppose to put it on like a liquid eyeliner not put it on the lashes. I remember when I used Reviatalash I was super allegic and my eyelids became swollen and red and my eyes even burned. When I think of reaction that is what happened to me. Hope this helps you. Hopefully you can use it because I am telling you the results I got from this product is AWESOME!! Now they have even come out with their new product which is called LiBrow. I just ordered yesterday and they say it is suppose to be formulated for the brows and it has a tinting agent to it! I cant wait for this one!

Anastasia has a eyebrow enhancing jel. I just purchased it from Sephora.com for $35.00 It is guaranteed to work in 4-6 weeks. I will let you know how it works. She said you must be very diligent with it's use.

Hey girls, my first time to post on this board. I was looking at the website and it says gives the "appearance" of longer lashes...I have never used anything like this so I have no idea and would love to try it but it's expensive and the wording of the add bothers me. Any reassurance feedback?
