I bought the new one that everyone is raving about on ESD called Illuminating Eye Care by Easy Eye Solutions (you will need to google to find it).

So far no change after two weeks or so. I'm unimpressed so far. Some on ESD have used this and their other product that is supposed to show immediate "tightening". My opinion of that is that it contains a polysaccharide which tightens the skin temporarily and then fades over several hours. Since I did not buy that (much more expensive), I cannot really comment too much.

I use an estrogen cream under my eyes now. I have tried it off and on for years but have had milia issues. I'm "cutting" the estrogen cream with a moisturizer to lessen the emollientcy. It seems to be working so far.

Eyes are the most difficult area of the face to affect a change for the good without VERY drastic measures. Sigh.

Good luck.

PS

Also, much depends on your age and the condition of your skin. Use SUNBLOCK!!

Thanks "DCNGA", I never heard of that product, but I do usually try to stay on top of all the latest and greatest! I will google the eye cream. I am in my mid fifties(yuck), so I know how important Sunscreen is. I am very good about using it, all year round! Thanks for sharing!

Use Elastiderm by Obagi - must use 2x's daily. It's very good.
