Such poor selection of makeup in Canada

Postby hillstone » Wed May 22, 2013 4:57 pm

Arggg i'm so aggravated right now! All these great new makeup lines are coming out, and none of the ones I want are available in Canada. It's driving me nuts! Any other Canadian girls feeling my pain?!

And it's not just the lack of availability in-store, I also find it REALLY difficult to get makeup shipped to Canada. I always find the places that do actually ship to me have absurd shipping prices, and sites that ship free to Canada have really poor selection. It's so frustrating knowing that a few hours away in the states they have EVERYTHING and up here there's nothing :(

I agree with you! The in-store stuff is what kills me, they're missing out on such a big market.

I usually just buy my stuff online from Sephora or American Skin Care Company, they both ship to Canada if you spend over a $50. Huge selections, brand names, discount prices & amazing sales....definitely check them out.

I'd be wary of getting anything from Amazon/Ebay if you don't know the seller because they could be selling knock-off products.

I agree that it can be frustrating when you see all these awesome products ‘south of the border’ and none of them are coming your way. I have imported stuff from Europe before myself just because I want to be able to have access to what I want. While the Internet can make us jealous of what others have, it also gives us a chance to order from all over the world! (Even though it’s a little more expensive)

Look on ebay or amazon for makeup to be shipped to you.
