Back lift?

Dear Dr. B,
I am one of your PT although I no longer live in Miami I trust your opinion completely and would like to know on a procedure that a friend suggested which she had done. This lady is older then I in her late 60's and her PS is in Savannah, she had a Back Lift (I never heard of this at all), she went for lipo on her back for her flanks and doc suggested a back life, she was cut across her back on her bra line and her whole back was tightened and lifter, the results are great her back is smooth she added smart lips on her back, waist and tummy. The scar looks very good but it seems very big and invasive, she also had a "half moon" cut under her arm pit to remove the fat from her bra line that always is a problem and cannot be lipo'ed... Dr. B, what do you recommend for this? I am interested but a bit concerned, also she had threads put in the nasal folds and no longer needs fillers but I could feel the strings which felt funky... You did my face and much much more I'm super happy with the results but my nasal folds are starting to show (Its been a few years) I'm afraid to get fillers because I don't want to stretch out the skin. I know its alot of info, but as you know I also live in Brazil but I do not feel comfortable with any of the docs I have seen, I think its the language problem because the facilities are great and the doc's are A1 but an anesthesiology that I cant understand 100%, the nurses, and doc that I cant understand completely scares me, although my husband is Brazilian I still feel hesitant, I have a home in Brazil with domestic help that can take care of me, but I feel much more secure if you do the surgery in an environment I know and trust, (my breast) possibly sometime in the summer. I may want to get a bit more lipo but would I be a good candidate for a back lift and what are your thoughts???
