Kim, I SO know what you mean on the abs. I especially feel it when I do push ups or planks. Don't worry about not keeping up right now, your body will adapt quickly and you'll be back where you started in NO TIME!
I am on Day 4 of Power 90, feel good about myself since I am getting the workouts in early. I am focusing on that for now, I will NOT obsess about the scale. I took before pics for comparison and I'll post them when I get to the 30 day mark. Hopefully there will be some good changes. 192.6 this morning, I am hoping that is muscle forming.
Happy you should try Joseph's (R) Whole Wheat, Oat Bran and Flax Lavash (flatbread)- tastes yummy and so versatile. I substitute it for bread, tortillas and have even made some yummy pizzas on them. Only 7g carbs and 3g of fiber! I love em!
YAY, I'm on the list...THANK YOU!!!! Yes, happy Friday to all. I think I'm coming down with a cold or something...sneezing, stuffy nose, sore throat, overall feeling of YUCK. I did manage to get in my 30 Day Shred workout done last night, but it almost killed me. I cheated and stepped on the scale again yetserday....115.9! Things are moving...
Celebrated my b-day (this sunday) at work with 2 pieces of sugar free cheesecake at work today. Omigod, I don't know when to stop. LOL
A coworker gave me a gas card (going through 2 tanks a week now that I'm in the boonies) that was so sweet.
This is what he wrote on my card (he's heard my struggles over the past few months):
Another year of trials, test, pain, fear, regrets, bad decisions, hope, goals, happiness, excitement, disappointment, uncertainty, elation, tears, joy, thankfulness, ups and downs etc. Good! It means you have chosen to continue to be strong so you can live and grow as a person. The only people who don't have any problems won't celebrate any more birthdays. I'm glad you have chosen to be strong so I can enjoy this day with you. regardless of what the future may hold, make this special day one to remember. Happy Birthday to a beautiful person.

Good morning ladies, had a busy weekend.....moved some of my perennials a round in the yard they were getting out of control Now I am so sore I can't bend. I guess I had a good work out!
Had a Birthday BBQ to attend.....I filled my plate with salads and just had a hamburger with out the bun.

I am going to try and not weigh myself until Friday so I won't obsess about those #s right now. I am still doing well on the workouts. I have done 7 in the last 8 days. I started the next level on Power 90 this AM and I am already starting to feel a difference in how my jeans fit. They feel just a little more comfy than they were 2 weeks ago.
Sounds like everyone had a great weekend, I hope it carries on into the week!

113.2 this morning. Can't possibly be right. I stepped on at least 5 times first thing this morning with 112.8. The 113.2 was out the door, so I'll stick with that for this week.
