Are you happy with Fat Grafting (to Smile/Puppet Lines)?

Postby MillenniumFPS » Thu Feb 28, 2008 8:21 pm

Hi Everyone,

This poll question is for anyone who has already had a Facial Fat Grafting to the Smile Lines and/or Marionette Lines. I'm just curious what people who have had this procedure feel about their result. The voting is anonymous, so don't be shy! :D

Feel free to add any questions or comments. The more feedback the new MMH members get regarding how previous MMH members who have already had the procedure, the more we can help the "newbies" make the right decision when they decide which procedures to have.

These polls will help to isolate which procedures have a higher satisfaction rate, and which have more problems, and should be considered with more caution.

Here is a list of the polls that I posted.
What type of browlift did you have? Happy?
Are you happy with your browlift?
Are you happy with your upper eyelid surgery?
Are you happy with your lower eyelid surgery?
Are you happy with your Mid-Facelift?
Are you happy with your Mini-Facelift?
Are you happy with your Lower Face and Necklift?
Are you happy with your Full Facelift?

Are you happy with your Fat Grafting (Cheeks/Tear Troughs)?
Are you happy with your Fat Grafting (Smile/Marionette Lines)?

Are you happy with your Asian Double Eyelid Surgery?
Are you happy with your (Asian) Medial Epicanthoplasty?

Are you happy with your Otoplasty?

If you have any feedback on particular problems with a procedure, please post them on the respective polls. I think new MMH members would appreciate it.

Thanks for your cooperation!!

Best,

Dr. Yang

Hi Everyone,

Keep the votes coming in. I don't think we should draw any conclusions until we have over 50-100 votes. That is still a small sample size, but it should give us more information than less than 10 votes. Thanks for everyone's cooperation.

Best,

Dr. Yang

My fat lasted about 2-2 and half years in tear troughs and orbital rim. I loved it...wish it had stayed longer.

I had neck and jowl lipo done at the same as my abdominoplasty. My PS used some of the fat to inject into the marionette lines. I thought it looked really good for about 9 months. Now I see the lines coming back and I'd like the downturned lips fixed so my PS nurse recomended filler injections.
