I had a facelift 5 years ago by a BH surgeon who has since retired. He was famous for his natural results and nobody could tell I'd had work done, but I feel he didn't pull me tight enough. Still, I looked pretty good for 4 years, despite the fact that the lift didn't get rid of my marionette lines. But now I have very deep marionette lines, the corners of my mouth are turned way down and I always look sad and disappointed, and I have big jowls again, which make my face look square, and my turkey neck is returning. I understand marionette lines are nearly impossible to get rid of with a facelift, but there must be a doctor somewhere who gets good results with them. Fillers aren't the answer for me at this point because the skin is sagging too much and needs to be lifted in front of my ears, a procedure most surgeons won't do, but that's what lifts the jowls. My face looks so much better when I pull up the skin gently in front of my ears. I am looking for some recommendations in and around L.A. and/or the South Bay area, but might be willing to travel for the right doctor. Would appreciate any recommendations. Thanks.
