I have flipFlopped so much between going to Costa Rica or staying at home that I sound like a politician. I even have the book "Patients Beyond Borders". I am trying to weigh the pros and cons, and I look to the posters here for some guidance.

Short scar Face lift and neck lift that includes: a: work underneath the superficial platysma muscle such as fat removal (direct excision), tightening of muscles deep to the superficial platysma muscle and corset platysmaplasty.
It's important for a male to get a really 'clean' underchin to neck angle and often the doctor has to be poised to do work under the chin very deep to the superficial neck muscle where as many doctors stay superficial to it in a neck lift.
I appreciate the replies and would like to know a good PS that can perform a short scar with a neck lift that will not kill my wallet but will do good work? Please I live on Long Island and I am willing to travel and will like to get these procedures done in about two months. Will a short scar lift help with eye hollows at all?
