We need to be informed consumers.

Learn about the actual procedure and then compare procedure to procedure, doctor by doctor --otherwise this blog has no value.

Also look to see if there are any lawsuits (which may be frivolous or real).

Moving skin without lifting muscle is a gimmick and one can't compare a "skin" lift to a lifting of the muscle structure, or the work of someone who graduated yesterday and has no track record to someone who has had continued experience honing skills.

To me it's a big waste of time to talk to non-medical salespeople who work for doctors and a bigger waste of time to read ads written by marketing people with no factual medical details.

I have compared the detail of information Dr. Simoni provides to others who provide no detailed information. I've met with him twice, I've researched him in New York and California and I have read what seemed to me to be frivolous negatives about him.

Dr. Simoni seems experienced, qualified, talented and a board certified plastic surgeon who has honed his skills to the point where he is teaching his technique to other doctors. --And he openly shares his knowledge with anyone who asks. If he does not get caught up in the "hollywood" fame trap, I think he has a stellar career ahead of him.
I have not had plastic surgery work done yet but he is on my top two list (of all of the LA doctors I've researched) and I frankly think LA has some of the very best if you are up for a traditional facelift and the risks.
Dr. Simoni seems to be the most highly qualified specialist I've found. If anyone disagrees with my summation I'd like them to give me real facts.

Please save your praises for a message board where people are stupid enough to buy it. This is not the first time (nor do I think it's the last time either, unfortunately) that Dr. Simoni has his people comment on here how wonderful and honest he is.
Sadly, this is one of the reasons there are so many people out there who are unhappy with their plastic surgery results and are scarred, both physically and emotionally.
