I go to a website called http://www.shrinkpictures.com/. It's pretty easy to use, the resize steps are in the middle of that page. I follow their directions and after it's resized, I download it back to my computer with a name that is more friendly than what the website names your resized pic. I then delete it off the shrink site. You have to play with the sizes a bit, in step 2 I use 50% but it all depends on the size of the picture you are starting with. I've never used the pixels or custom size dimensions. In step 4 I leave it set at the middle quality, "Better".
