Hi dupree! After I had my TT and lipo of the flanks & abs, I had the same problem when I tried to jog. I also had lipo of the chest and vertical chest on April 2nd. I bought 2 tank tops from a company called GC2. They make these specifically for guys who have gynocomastia. These shirts are great. They compress very well, and I've found them to be better then the UnderArmour compression shirts. I wear these tank tops when I'm on the treadmill, and I have no pain/problems. Trust me, if you have one of these tanks on, it WILL stop the jiggling! I wear a size XL shirt, and I got an XL tank top, and they are very tight.
Well your one of the rare cases iv heard of with the feeling your having. It takes up to 6months to see the final result. You wont damage your chest by running as far as i no i didn't. Its all ways a good idea to call your PS if you have any concerns i did and they answered them which put me at eaze.
hey just had a quick q kind of following up what you said....i have been like 4-5 weeks post op and still feel as if there is a decent amount of breast tissue. i can obviously see some improvement. i had the lipo procuedure done but was just wondering how long it typically takes to see all results. also, does anyone know if smoking in any way can be harmful to the recovery process?? i have only smoked a couple cigs and some marijuana here and there around the holidays and what not and i obviously assume it isnt good for the overall healing/recovery...just wanted to see if anyone had an input on this...any help is appreciated..thanks.
We actually have some great undergarments you can wear to prevent the jiggle and make it more comfortable when you exercise! keep in mind that men also use these garments to help hold their tummies in when they don't have the muscle there anymore, or just need a little bit of support in the abdominal area.
To be honest, Ive had several men or their wives or moms call in to get underworks shirts/tanks for their guys and they all rave about them. They end up buying one to try, and then end up calling back to get the 3-packs so they can make them last longer.
Here are a few styles that seem to be really popular:
