I had the surgery done on Wednesday 15th August. and they only used liposuction on myself. Mine looked pretty swollen, but definitely improved the next day. I got the garment on that day and the swelling has greatly reduced.

The doctor said that it would be three months before I would see something close to final results.

Are you wearing a post surgical garment to apply pressure to your chest? If you are not, you are probably bigger than before surgery (but it should go down eventually).

I hope we both have the results we want and soon. But if you read the liposuction board here, you will find plenty of people that had to wait more than three months before the swelling subsided and they were finally satisfied.

Mine looks pretty good for 6 days post op. Other than, of course, the coloring being purple and yellow. :p

As long as they took the fat out, I think you will be happy once the swelling subsides.

Mine was done about 3 months ago. I'm not completly happy. I still dont take my shirt off. I still wear the vest hoping it will some how go down more. Mine looked great the day after surgery. They kinda started getting bigger again=(
