Weird "water under skin" sensation... is it normal

Weird "water under skin" sensation... is it normal

Postby spellbound » Fri Jul 11, 2008 12:28 am

I had my surgery two days ago (liposuction and excition) and I'm very satisfied with the results so far. Of course I'm a bit swollen but not too much... what worries me though is a sensation I get whenever I touch those areas around the compresion garment (specially from the neck up) I feel like there's some liquid under the skin moving (not too much to be noticed at first sight but only touching it) Is this normal? Will this dissapear over time on its own?

Your way to early in post op so i wouldn't worry. Give it at least 2 months before you make any assumptions.
