cancellation fees

cancellation fees

Does anyone go to a place where they charge you a cancellation fee if you are unable to keep your apt.?

If yes, how much do they charge you?

I'm frustrated with the place I go to right now. With ALL of the money they have gotten from me, you would have thought the one day I needed to be late, they would have worked with me a little bit.

They fee is not a huge amount, but still.

Does anyone else have to pay cancellation fees?

No, not at all. I'm paying as I go, but I've moved/changed appointment times and days several times and they always accommodate me without any problem. I'm sorry your having problems with your LHR clinic/spa.

Thanks Macy

UGH. ](*,)
I knew that other places had to be like that. It made me mad and I just got frustrated, because I had paid them so much money, and I HAD to go to the doctor's to get an infection taken care of on my skin, that was much more important that day than getting laser hair removal.

Update: they ended up not charging me. Come to find out they have people canceling all of the time, re-scheduling, after making apt.s weeks in advance - so it screws up their booking for apts.

There is a sign on the desk when you arrive "cancellation policy". Used to be $35.00, now increased to $75.00 - but I think it's there more due to the high volume of cancels... (to help stop that maybe)

Anyway, I didn't get charged so I was happy
