Nipple hair

Nipple hair

Postby Astrea » Thu Jan 24, 2008 12:58 pm

Hello ladies!
I have dark nipple hairs all around my beauties. I want to get the laser hair removal but I've yet to find anyone who has had this done. I'm nervous about breast feading down the line, and general nipple sensitivty now. What will change if i get this done? Has anyone done this, or know someone who has? Has anyone heard of any long term research studies on the procedure? Thanks so much,
all advise appreciated!

The place I go to... Ideal Image will do this area for you, not sure how much it costs though, or how sensitive it may be. Hope this helps :D

Laser Hair Removal

Postby mini_02 » Tue Jan 29, 2008 5:18 pm

I have gotten laser hair removal around my areola. There have been no weird side effects other that they feel like a sunburn for two days after each treatment. The hair is definitely reduced and finer, but not completely gone. I have one more treatment to go (getting multiple areas done). I hope this helps. No change in sensitivity or anything.

i had it done. it was pretty painless, and made the hair go away for a few weeks.. but for me it came back everytime. i was told that hair is very hormonal and can come back

I thought about getting it done, we discussed it - they suggested plucking for me since it really wasn't much at all.

I got mine thrown in for free (I paid for 3 areas, but they decided to just do my whole body while they were at it). Since they put anaesthetic cream on my areas, I hardly felt it to be honest. I was literally falling asleep while being lasered lol. I am very glad I did it, bc my breasts look a lot nicer now.

I use IPL hair removal Treatment, IT works very well, after 2-3 treatments the hair is gone!, It grows back slower and slower every-time until its gone. best 500$ i ever spent and i cant do this from my own home. which meant i had no embarrassment for the wole process of getting rid of my nipple hair! I bought it at www.vissbeauty.com. I definitely recommend it!

Love Ideal Image ... they've been awesome. The ONLY place that I contacted that told me they couldn't laser over tattoos! I already knew this but I wanted to work with a group that knew it also. Hard to believe how many places said that it wouldn't matter "cuz it's a different laser".

I was going to have my aerola done too but opted against it. I might end up doing electrolosis. I just have a few annoying hairs .. and she can do my chin too. gawd getting older sucks ...
