Hi there,

I have been on two consulations.

The first one the doctor did a thourough exam and said all I would need was an BA.

But at my next consult I was told I would need BL/BA. He did not do a pencil test but assumed off of my pictures where my inframmorary (sp?) crease was..

Please, if you could take a look I have two or three pictures of my breast you can take a look at and maybe give your opinion..

The surgery can be done without a lift but the implants will settle in a relatively low position. It all depends on your goals as far as scarring and the amount of superior fullness/cleavage.
