My dissolveable stitches are not falling off, please help!!

I got my boobs done last month. This Saturday will be a month. All is well, & I love how they came out and all. BUT three stitches have yet to fall off. Only one fell out. They are the dissolveable stitches that fall off on their own.

Also a piece of my areola had to be cut off because my previous implant was attached to my skin. It's not as bad as it sounds. My areola is going to heal smoothly, so i'm not worried about that. The problem is, that missing piece is also healing slowly. It's closed a lot & stopped bleeding, it's at the stage where it's now leaking yellow fluid(after bleeding fluid NOT puss).

What do I do so this can heal faster and these stitches fall out already???!! I'm desperate. I have to work on the 24th, which is around the corner. I'm a topless dancer! My PS said it would heal in one month, but being that this is the 2nd boob job I have, I have a feeling that's why it's taking forever?

I've been applying this gel called Kolagenase that my PS precribed to me to the incisions so that the scars fade nicely. It's working but the healing is slow. I've also been taking Vitamin C, vit K, copper, & zinc. And drinking some protein shakes. I've noticed the Vitamin K made the bleeding stop. Thank God. I'm taking the vitamins twice a day too.

I have a few days. What to do? My PS works in Brazil. I live in the U.S., which is a problem now.

I have another question too...

Do you think I should put on another topical solution so that the end of the stitches can close faster, making them fall off that way? Maybe Neosporin?

IDK what do to.

Dissolvable stitches are placed under the skin. If they are placed externally they will leave more scarring which sounds exactly what is happening.
