Implant below crease

Hello Dr. H,

First off I would like to thank you so much for your time on these boards it is so wonderful to be able to get a second opinion on things that I am unsure about!!!!

I had under muscle silcone implants(400ccs) along with a benelli lift on Oct.13th....after everything settled my breasts where very natural looking but still very droopy and rather flat kind of squarish...one breast(my right one) appeared to have what I have read refered to as "double bubble" it is very noticable in my clevage area and noticable all around when my arms are up. My plastic surgeon performed a full lift on me a week and a half ago(March 27th). I am very pleased with the lift...they are round and perky...but the "double bubble" look is still there. And is still very prominent in my clevage area and when I lift my arms up. When I lift my arms up I can see my implants edge kind of squeezed under my crease below my incision line. I am guessing that is what is causing the "double bubble" look. I called my nurse when I noticed it and she said he would look at it at my appointment.

I go to my PS tomorrow and I just kind of wanted to be prepared...Is my implant falling down(bottoming out??) or is it something else...is it going to end up at my belly button??? And most important is it fixable and what would the surgery intail??

Thank you so much for your time and your opinion!!!!!!!!

Your implant is bottoming out but will not drop further as the capsule will keep it in place. It can be repared by closing the pocket in the areas where it is too low or too medial(cleavage). If you look at my website you will see a few examples of breasts with similar issues which I repaired in the breast revision section. Unfortunately it will take another surgery but it can surely be fixed.
