HI can i please get advise me how to fix and get proper cleavage size implants without having a lot of projection?

I would like wider implants but the plastic surgeons say my areolas will be off to the sides.....is it possible to cut out my aerolas and plae them center?

I'm most concerened with how they look I don't care anymore if i have feeling in my nipple area anymore lol....that would be nice...but i want the look of nice breasts now.

in all honesty i dont know all the techincal terms how to fix this or the properway i just want them fixed as i feel so disgusting lol. They don't look as bad as the 2nd picture makes em but its not far off!

My plastic surgeons excuse was that this is just how my chest is, he wants to retry it and do it over the muscle which i am not opposed to....but seeing how its not free and even if it was i don't want to try it with him thats for sure.

I think your implants were poorly positioned. Placing them above the muscle n a patient like yourself would be a disaster and shows to me that your surgeon has a lack of experience with this surgery. You should find someone who has more experience with breast augmentation. There are low profile implants avalable that will give you a better result and, quite frankly, if your implants were properly positioned you would not have this problem.
