How often does muscle failure happen. I am currently 25 days out and changed the bedding on the bed today and am worried that I may have done damage. Does this occur often.

I think it more likely that you strained a muscle rather than did any damage to the repair. I use multiple sutures in the repair and one would have to pop several before seeing any kind of damage.
