still growing?

Postby liz3130 » Thu Feb 26, 2009 6:53 pm

Hi,

Since my "reduction" about 7 months ago, my breasts have gone from a D back to my original DD cup, and even that size bra doesn't fit well. My friend, who supposedly had this procedure done as well, said that she had her growth plate checked beforehand to see if she is still growing. Would having an x-ray of my growth plate show whether or not my breasts will continue to grow? BTW, I'll be 20 in April if you needed my age.

Thanks for your help.

Growth plates are present in bones only and an x ray will only determine if your bones are growing. I am not aware of any correlation to breast growth.

Thanks. I didn't think it made sense either.
