I had implants and a lift done about 3 weeks ago is it ok for me to go tan now if i fashion some way to cover my scars? Or ive hear zinc oxide works? And also heard some people just going without covering and coming out fine.

You should have your doctor check the wounds. I recommend sunblock and a bathing suit covering the scars. If you get sun while they are healing there is a high likelihood of hyperpigmentation.
